We’ve been using Medics IVF for about six months and while it has simplified some of our operations, there are areas that could use improvement. The appointment and billing features work well, but we’ve faced occasional glitches with inventory management, which slows us down at times. Customer support is responsive, but resolution times for certain issues have been longer than expected. While the software is functional, I believe it could benefit from more frequent updates and better customization options. Overall, it’s a decent tool for managing a fertility clinic, but there’s definitely potential for enhancement to make it a more seamless experience.
