Medics IVF has some good features like appointment scheduling and patient data management, which have helped our clinic streamline its operations. However, the software can be a bit slow during peak usage, which affects our workflow. The training provided was helpful, but the user interface could be more intuitive, especially for new staff members. While customer support is available, some of our queries took longer to resolve than expected. It’s a good software overall, but with a few refinements, it could be much better. For now, it gets the job done but leaves room for improvement.
